What it will really do is separate the true reformers from those who want cheap labor.

Millions of American workers, in all sectors of the labor market, have seen their jobs and wages undercut by the phenomenon of mass illegal immigration.

Politics, like religion, hold up the torches of martyrdom to the reformers of error.

One cannot have any respect or regard for men who take the position of the reformer and
then refuse to see the logical consequences of that position, let alone following them out in action.

It definitely says we are going in that direction. If you trace it back to the last labor deal, you see that panning out. We're getting closer, but there's still another step to go before we get to total parity, where any given team can win in any given year.

This is not just broad-back manual labor. These are companies that can make a lot of money and provide excellent jobs if they can find that talent. And if they don't, they could easily collapse.
