What makes it painful is we started the year much higher. We are repeating a trend we have seen since 2000. And that is a ramp up of prices in the spring.

It's like winning part of the Super Bowl.

To me, it's a very traditional course. A lot of courses being built these days are very long. Our course is not tricked up. It very out in front of you and very playable. That's why we have so many guests and members playing it. It's not too difficult, but it's still challenging.

There is the right of the public to know who is influencing public decisions.

We're having tremendous problems with phone service. The reporters can't dial in here. The land lines are all messed up. Communication is a very, very big problem.

I didn't pitch well enough to win. That's the flat-out bottom line.
