What people don't understand is, last year we had two great players, but you need more talent. You can never have enough talent.

They have a lot of talent. Many of the advantages entering this season went to clubs like Atlanta, Calgary, ones that have been lousy for awhile, but were not only able to have good young guys but have the (salary)cap in the right spot too.

If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.

Management must speak with one voice. When it doesn't management itself becomes a peripheral opponent to the team's mission.
