What really matters is the teams coming in. These two teams travel well, so that's really good for business.

It's always difficult finding new people, so we train them from people that have no idea how to turn wrenches. By the time men and women get out of this program, they have a good understanding of what it takes to be a technician, and they're getting some college courses.

Just imagine what our society would be like if every company did that.

Last year was a complete bust for most of us out here. We couldn't give them away.
