What separates top universities from tier two or three universities is the quality of facilities for students.

We're all seeing the same thing - our students, our staff and our faculty are asking that we provide quality facilities. They matter. They affect the decision to come, the decision to stay and the quality of the work while you're here.

Due to the shear number of students, we need the position to be able to provide a quality program for our students,

The district feels we all have the same goal, and that is to create a quality program for our students. Obviously, we want to bring some closure to these negotiations. That will assist us in what we do best, educating our students.

This is not what students want, I promise you.

If we are to persuade all students to do quality work, we must involve them deeply in the process of evaluating their own work as they do it! This is concurrent evaluation.
