What The Ink People has become is a culture-building organization. We're providing the tools for other people to do good works in the community.

It came to my attention that The Ink People might not do the event. Nobody was taking the lead, taking the reins and getting it started.

For us to just not do the event out of nowhere would be a sign to people that support The Ink People that something is seriously wrong.

We're selling hundreds a day. Everybody feels you have to be part of the MP3 culture. It's very useful as well.

You don't have to burn books to destroy a culture. Just get people to stop reading them.

He has an independent style, a kind of derring-do that so far is challenging the ACS culture just brilliantly. We tend to be very careful and conservative, those of us who have been around for a while, and he's coming in with a whole different perspective.
