What we're hoping to do through this federal process is see if we can formalize a rule that specifically says the swim with program is prohibited and that you are -- you have only so much approach to any dolphin that's out in the wild.

The rule is specifically made for guys like him. [It's for] guys who aren't really considered in that realm of first round draft pick ... Ronnie is going to make sure he doesn't do anything to jeopardize his ability. He wants to find out exactly where he is. Myself, the coaching staff and his teammates all support him. I was hoping I was going to be back as soon as possible. Then they told me, before I got the MRI results back, that they thought it was an ACL tear and I would be out six months. I was pretty stoked when I found out it wasn't my ACL. I worked as hard as I could to get back.
