What you have just witnessed is the official breakdown of bipartisanship,

and you're poor in this country, it's not an inconvenience. It's a death sentence.

I just hope that the president and the Republican leaders distance themselves from this and find some way to be critical of those people who have been so insensitive to those veterans who found themselves in harm's way,

believe that our government has an obligation to take care of its people.
