This law will certainly not prevent those cases of sexual abuse from occurring, ... Most sex offenders are not individuals who snatch kids off the street.

There has not been much law on this yet. The concern is that if it becomes extremely commonplace, it could significantly restrict the ability of these folks to obtain housing. Someone would have to challenge it.

We're monitoring that, but we haven't really had any reports of flooding yet. It is a concern, though.
