When (Bronco) did show records, they were partial records. In my mind there were questions of whether they were completely forthcoming in turning over the documents.

My own opinion is most bottling line supervisors cannot be paid a salary. My opinion is whether (production supervisors) are doing a lot of manual labor or a little manual labor these people need to be paid as hourly employees, they do not make managerial decisions.

In the next phase we'll be asking for fines against Bronco, 75 percent of which will go to the state and 25 percent will go to the plaintiffs.

You're a manager if you spend most of your time making independent decisions and using your own discretion free from anybody else's direction.

They had no ability to make those decisions whatsoever. They were just following orders.
