When he spins, he is very fast. He knows where he is in the air. He twists better than any diver I have ever had. He has two dives he does -- a forward somersault with two twists and a back somersault with two-and-a-half twists -- that are his strongest dives. They score well for him.

Ryan is the exact opposite of that. He's one of the more graceful divers I have seen.

As a freshman, he is learning that and he is continuing to get better. You have to learn to wait for the board to come up.

His potential is almost unlimited. He has very good body control. He is slight, but graceful. He's very good with the spins and twists of diving.

For me, it's all about the haircut. I don't have a lot of hair to style, so I keep it nice and fresh and tight. I actually go to the barbershop every five days. As soon as your haircut is on point, you have to make sure your outfit is fully ironed, you smell good, and you have clean sneakers on. Pretty much the head-to-toe look.
