When he's aggressive and he's playing like that, it takes the pressure off everybody. Rip (Richard Hamilton) doesn't have to worry about scoring so many points, I don't either.

Rip was aggressive early. And once he got it cooking, we kept going to him and we fed off him. When he gets hot, I don't know anybody who can slow him down.

That's kind of been my entire career, the stress and pressure.

I think he feels like he has a weight lifted off his shoulders. He's playing freely. He's playing a lot more aggressive. He's going to be great, man.

When he gets a tech, he always seems to be a little more in tune with what's going on. We ran his plays a little more after that, trying to keep him going.

I remember before I left we had the program really rocking. It was loud when there was a lot of kids in the building. When you've got kids in there it makes it extra loud. Even if it's not filled to capacity, it feels like it because they're just so excited to be there. So, I thought what better way to try to help Coach Patton and the program out than to have lots of kids in the building?
