My grandfather was a man, when he talked about freedom, his attitude was really interesting. His view was that you had obligations or you had responsibilities, and when you fulfilled those obligations or responsibilities, that then gave you the liberty to do other things.

Racism does not have a good track record. It's been tried out for a long time and you'd think by now we'd want to put an end to it instead of putting it under new management.

People demand freedom of speech as compensation for the freedom of thought, which they seldom use.

We're not requiring anything to be done. What we're doing in Kansas is allowing freedom of ideas, that are scientifically based, to be discussed in science class.

Some folks of color clamor on about how they don't want their white friends to feel uncomfortable when addressed with the topic of race. Well I say, if they're your friend they'll understand the need. Being uncomfortable leads to action, hopefully affirmative.
