When lending anything you should do so based on the INTEGRITY of the individual, and not the relationship. We often lend to those who are loyal, but LOYALTY and INTEGRITY are two different concepts. Afterall, many of us have people who will remain present in our lives, but the quality of what they present to our lives is the measure of their value.
