When Paul Coffey played with these guys, they were the most exciting team that ever played in this league.

I believe that, top to bottom, when we're healthy we have the deepest team in the league. We've got guys at every position and we're pretty versatile.

A lot of these guys were chosen because they're not going to panic or under-perform in tough situations because we've seen them a number of times and we know they can help us. I know a lot of people are concerned because some of these guys aren't having great NHL years, but we feel in a tournament like this, we need to have this kind of experience.

It's like Wayne said on the conference call this morning, Sid could be the captain of this team in 2010.

If you look at the better teams in the league when they get a team down they finish out the game. That's kind of what separates us from those teams right now is playing 48-minute games.

It's easy to know the guys who are on the team, but we have that bubble of eight to 10 spots that we need to make decisions on. All the guys that are competing for those spots did a good job. We'd rather have that. It's going to make for difficult decisions eventually, but it's good to see that the guys competing for those spots can play.
