When people walk out of here, you think about your own personal life. I'm not going to complain ? it could be a lot worse. We go home every night, kiss our family, grateful that everybody is home and OK. It's a big wake-up call.

I'm sure there are higher-paying jobs, but it's not about the pay, it's about helping the people. Helping people when they're going through this becomes more important than anything.

You can't predict when people are going to die. You have to be here to help the families, not just to bury them, but the surviving family members come up to decorate graves and have questions about where people are buried ? you gotta be here.

It's ironic, but until you can free those final monsters within the jungle of yourself, your life, your soul is up for grabs.

He and I have a rich life together. I want to thank all of those people who haven't been seen yet for helping me through these tough times.

It's amazing how a simple housewife's life touched so many people.
