When somebody calls, we treat this like any other park in our inventory. If you didn't know the city owned this, they would be invisible. You deal with me; we basically do the rest of the work.

We were doing inventory and I said, 'Okay, I know the inner city. I know how we do when we go to movies. These hot dogs are going to be gone the first week.' (They say,) 'No way, no way. We don't sell that much over at such and such.' What happens? We open on a Friday, the hot dogs are gone by Sunday? by Sunday!

It's been busy, but it's been a great busy. Every day it's something great. Somebody calls to do this or do that.

If somebody mistreats you, treat ’em good. That kills ’em.
