When the girls are practicing their confidence level is much higher than last year, and we hope to see that in games. We just want the girls to challenge themselves every single game to get better.

Picking our varsity squad was really hard because a lot of girls have stepped up. It's making all the girls work really hard in practice, and that brings a whole new level of volleyball to the court.

Winning seven games last year was pretty big for us, and we made major improvements. Now we hope to keep building on that. I think people will be really surprised at how well we do this year. We have big goals.

I'm really proud of the girls. We're getting on a roll and starting to believe a little bit. Confidence is the number one thing. I hope we can take it all the way.

This game is going to boost our confidence tremendously. We just tried to guard their girls as best we could because they?re so good. We?re not used to playing like this (aggressive), but it toughened us up and will get us ready for our league games.
