When the kids eat in the room, other kids will see them and we hope they'll try breakfast, too.

We'll give out tickets to the kids who buy breakfast, then we'll have a weekly drawing for some small prizes.

If this works out well, maybe we'll build a kiosk near the entrance.

We're trying to cut down on the sugar.

I think (Monday) was the turning point. The kids stepped up and played tough. I hope that will carry over to Wednesday night. Our kids are fired up, plus it's a Valley game.

By the end of the year, I hope the kids will think some of the ideas I had were good and that they are happy with the progress they've made. We're going to try and compete as well as we can. By the time the sectional comes around, we'll see what we can do.
