When they attacked my village they were shouting 'you are all rebels' - but we don't have any links to rebels.

"The rebels attacked us (NRA soldiers) at a place called Corner Kilak 20 miles South of Kitgum (Town). They came in while singing and shouting; our people (NRA) massacred those chaps. They approached our troops frontally. This gave us a very good chance because they exposed themselves; so on Sunday (January 24, 1987) we surrounded them and massacred them. We massacred them very badly.

We simply couldn't look the other way when it came to the village. The village is wonderful, but some of its principal buildings downtown needed reinvestment. We felt we were probably the only entity capable of helping with that reinvestment.

This creature is very wicked. He defends himself when attacked.
