When we start winning and get the pieces in place, we'll get more and more people and that building will be tough to play in. I'll point to Dan and his group as the pioneers of that.

I'd like to be more aggressive with the timetable, but I like to think three years. That will give us two years of our recruits. Half of the team will be our guys. By then, we should have some fairly substantive visibility of where we are and where we're going to go.

A team like BC, when they get those chances, they're probably going to score on half of them. It's going to take us four times as many chances to get the same amount of goals.

Every game we've played has been close. We haven't had the third-period luck to get us over the hump, but they have been very good games, right down to the wire.
