When you are true to yourself, you will find yourself more easily able to pursue the things that matter most to you - in spite of seeming adversity.

The things of substance are the things that we need to focus on, but they are the things that seem to be the least substantive of all.

Everything you get in your life experiences will be a foundation for everything else. You can't have a high rise with all of the floors that came before. Your building is being built every day, and every day something will be in process and something will be completed, and something will already begin to deteriorate. Just keep listening to that inner guide/feeling and you will build the perfect building for yourself.

When you are being true to who you are, you will find yourself being less reactive to the people around you, to the words that are said, and to the events of your life.

When something is the right thing for you to do some will call your action 'courage.' There is a good possibility you will likely call it 'being myself.'
