To make sense to us as physical creatures, any 'truth' must undergo transformations, be couched in certain terms or we couldn't understand it.

You should tell yourself frequently 'I will only react to constructive suggestions.' This gives you positive ammunition against your own negative thoughts and those of others.

Players are artists who create their own reality within the game.

When we (the soul, the metaphysical body complex – our eternal being) discard the physical/ chemical body at death, we still continue to function in the same substance .......... and this will go on through various degrees/ levels of finer and finer substance and densities, until we lose our individuality in the Universal Spirit.
