When you get beat like that in the first set you know you have to give it everything you have to stay in the tournament.

She had me running all day ... she played a smart game.

I thought I could do it after that second set, but no final is easy.

I didn't feel like I was in control and I couldn't play well. She took advantage of the important moments and won those points. She made me run a lot, I don't think I've ever run that much in a match. I had no time to breathe. She played really well, really intelligently, and I really think she deserved to win this tournament.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same.
