When you have that kind of injury, you have to change your whole style of wrestling. You have to learn how to defend a weakness you've never had before. But the harder it got, Ali just kept working harder.

I think wrestling has a bright future. But I think at certain times a lot of sports are tested.

As you get older, your wrestling style matures, and his is starting to mature. He's starting to really refine his stuff and that's nice to see.

I guess I just played into his style of wrestling. He had really good throws and I played into them.

I honestly believe that I have learned a thousand times more through and from the sport of wrestling than I have in all my academic classes put together. And I have my masters and 27 graduate credits on top of that.

They're proud of their heritage and where they're from. I think everyone can say that Syracuse wrestling helped them get where they are today.
