When you hear people making hateful comments, stand up to them. Point out what a waste it is to hate, and you could open their eyes.

When you're so consistent, people have to stand up and take notice. I don't think people recognise or praise consistency enough.

With stand-up, it's more interesting to hear about people's failures than their successes.

I want people who will stand up to me. People who are not afraid to say exactly what's on their minds, even though that's probably not what I want to hear. That's what I want.

I know my flaws before other people point them out to me.
