When you look from a thought, you disconnect from the abundance of life unfolding with you, and for you.

In the struggle of resistance we react. In the power of non-resistance we respond.

Without mindful awareness, the shadows of your past may haunt your present.

If YOU want to do something and your mind says do it, then do so. If YOU want to do something and your mind says don't, then do so.

When you mind is made up, there's no point trying to change it, but YOU still have a choice.
