When you lose guys like that, you have to find a way to replace them.

He's been a difficult guy to replace. He's one of those guys you take for granted when you have him in the lineup. It's been tough not having him because he plays in so many different situations. He's a complete player. We hope to get him on the ice this weekend.

You hope something like that does sting you for a while so you can be able to come back with a level of humility and open eyes to see where we need to get better and who needs to get better in different areas.

It's hard to replace a Ryan Zimmerman, but these guys are capable of doing so.
