When you start adding it all up, you're talking millions, not tens of millions

My roommate and I had been talking about how far the game had come.

You are talking about people who couldn't leave the area, couldn't get on bus or train, maybe didn't have vehicle transportation and was hoping that the storm wouldn't be so bad.

I'm talking about someone outside the chain of command, reviewing a percentage of cases for things like: Did we interview everyone we should have?
