How can you disrespect a team that's 12-4?

You have to believe in your process. You have to believe in the things that you are doing to help the team win. I think you have to take the good with the bad.

Like I said, and I've said this, he's a tremendous coach (Weis). He's a great asset to this team from the time he was here and now he's a great asset to another place. We all miss him and at the same time we all realize we can't look back; we have to look forward with the guys we've got.

To me, football is so much about mental toughness, it's digging deep, it's doing whatever you need to do to help a team win and that comes in a lot of shapes and forms.

I think we've been probably disrespected more than any team in the league this year.
