When your ship comes in, make sure you are willing to unload it

It's the most thorough account of what the ship did, and when, that I have ever seen,

It's all about repetition. That's what you try to do when you unload the pitch, repeat the same motion. It's a lot easier said than done.

Lock down is when we make sure all doors are locked, ... and each door to the classrooms are locked and safe.

We've been fortunate enough to have really good racecars whenever we unload at Vegas over the years and I really don't expect this weekend to be any different. The guys do a great job setting these cars up. Obviously, at this point it's too early to tell how the weekend will go, but we've got some momentum and we're coming to a track where we've enjoyed some success in recent years. We're coming in with high expectations.

Chad's at home seven days a week working on these cars. It's pretty easy to unload fast when you've got a mind like that back at the fab shop working on it.
