Why in the hell are police officers chasing a stupid kid in a stolen car on a one-way street? What was the gain of this pursuit?

I estimate at least 10 police officers were heading the wrong way (on 29th Street). They were just as reckless as (the suspect).

They can't let these punks lead them up a one-way street and into other citizens. Police need to use some sense, too.

She's a good person. I'd go by her house and come in and she was getting high. She used to hate to see me coming, but she didn't seem to let go of God.
