Why is he going out and saying that they are guilty? Why is he classifying this as a fait accompli gang rape?

Categorically, these young men say that this did not happen. We believe the DNA will show that (the allegation) is not true.

There is no evidence other than the word of this one complaining person that any rape or sexual assault took place in that house on that evening. No rape or sexual assault happened in that house and this DNA report shows it loud and clear.

This report shows they are innocent.

When I read something saying I've not done anything as good as "Catch-22" I'm tempted to reply, "Who has?"
