Willie Smith is just a superb athlete. It's unreal what he does on the court. It amazes me the more I see him play. He does so many things for us. He's just a great kid and we were very fortunate.

The thing that amazes me about him is he never has a bad word to say about anyone.

Jenna is a superb athlete. She has a great vertical leap and has a nice shot to go along with it.

Ashley is doing a superb job. We do have to be careful with her ankles. They are fragile. And Lauren is going to be a great asset for us in three events.

That's somewhat less a draw than it used to be because of the superb modern communications that we have. It is a factor, though, especially in projects that require a lot of interface with the government.

The team did a superb pitstop. We had steadily improved.
