The majority of the Afghan people support a strategic partnership with the United States.

The nations must be organized internationally and induced to enter into partnership, subordinating in some measure national sovereignty to worldwide institutions and obligations.

We are glad and happy for what Pakistan is now doing on their territory to chase terrorists and to arrest them,

attach importance to developing relations with all neighboring countries, including Pakistan.
