Women who can't see their kids while they're in treatment won't stay in treatment very long.

Unfortunately, there does seem to be a need for younger kids' treatment. Nobody does anything until there's a problem.

Our women go in and out of drug treatment dozens of times, but that doesn't keep them from getting pregnant.

Women can have this type of treatment during their lunch hour, and then go back and do all of their regular activities.

Historically, there have been some biases against older women in terms of could they tolerate the [chemotherapy] treatment and whether they would benefit from it.

There are people all over the place. Kids and adults. Men and women. It's been really cool. Having this whole role model thing happen is definitely something that happened a lot quicker than what I thought. It's really easy because it's not trying. I'm not, like, trying to be a role model. I haven't tried to go out of my way to inspire people. When you're real and you're authentic and you try to give honest answers all the time, then it's easy.
