Working out is definitely a good thing but you have to work out for the right reasons,

I wasn't notified at all. They say they tried to contact me. I was right down there at work. Thought I would take me a nice shower, eat me some breakfast, and this is what I came home to.

We know how we both train and we just work together to get the workouts done right. As kids, we were just up messing around on alpine skis, just having a good time. We were just trying something different, catching air. We liked it so we just kept doing it. We were competitive the whole way, in a real good way.

The idea is use it or lose it, work out your brain cells so they can stay active and healthy.

All that mattered to me was to right the wrong and save my family.
