You are like my shadow. Mimicking everything I do. Even when the sun is gone and the moon in hidden between the cracks of the clouds, you always find a way to lurk behind me wherever I go.

I hide in the shadows where only dark spirits can see.

Like the sun, you stay for a limited amount of time. When you are gone, I sit there waiting there until I see you next. When you finally come back up, you forget everything that happened the day before because the night covered you up and took everything away from you.

You are like an evergreen tree. You are always there whenever I need you. You have rough edges that people would cut off, but that is your natural beauty. You are like that one star in the sky that shines the brightest, and only wears out to those who pay to much attention to just you. You are a four leaf clover, the luckiest of all that no one else could find because I was the only one that actually tried to look for you.
