You break down every job that normally one person can do. We had one guy do nothing but put slips on boxes.

We really try to emphasize he's not the only person. We didn't just build around one guy. We want everyone to feel like they need to contribute. He was open and had some good looks.

Lloyd's a long-time Pirate and an upstanding guy. He's done a great job for us through the years as a player, as a coach. We certainly appreciate his efforts.

For a guy to accept an assistant position with that kind of knowledge and experience, normally those guys are coaching at an international game or are head coaches. He's the kind of person that we're fortunate to have as part of our program.

I think there will be guys, and you hope one of them slips to us but you don't want to get into a situation where you try to manufacture something. I've been through that and it's not the way you want to go.
