You can always do good advocacy on top...But then trickling down is a completely different story.

We don't have a visible or very prevalent epidemic. It's very much a silent epidemic...Of course if you sit back and think logically, the time to act is now, before it becomes much more difficult to control and much more expensive.

There are two things that make us worry. If you plot the number of cases reported to the Ministry of Health it's quite a steep rise. The other thing is that we don't know what the situation is among the most vulnerable groups.

He stepped up big. He's been really strong for us. He's a slasher, he's athletic and he's long. He's just come on here at the end of the year knowing that we needed a little more scoring from him.

Basically, four of our top eight players were out for a large percentage of the year. We lost all of those guys, but to the credit of the rest of our guys, as the season wore on, they started to fit into their roles that had changed and they've come on pretty strong here down the stretch.
