You can become rich if you work hard at it. It's been a struggle, it is not easy.

A few years ago we had the chance to sponsor an Indy car, and this homeboy thought that was about the coolest thing. But I had no idea how big we could really go.

We were drawn to the Colts organization because their leadership has the same high standards we embrace. As a worldwide company, we see Lucas Oil Stadium as an exciting investment that also makes good business sense.

This was a business decision. It had nothing to do with being a fan and I really had to stop when this was first brought to me and I had to spend a couple of days [thinking] is this really a good business decision or is this for your ego?

After two years of hard work, it's a thrill to sign that first lease at King Mill. We said from the start that we needed to have this building under construction in order to capitalize on the fast-moving opportunities available in today's market. We couldn't be happier that it was a terrific firm like Snapper that ultimately landed here.

What we've done is adjust our operations for the available work.
