Its stature heightens day to day,
Imposing dread and deep dismay.

A paralyzing roar it gains
While from its snout hot fire rains.

It sees you shrink. Your fear it knows.
And by the hour the nightmare grows.

Unless you slay the dragon soon,
Your troubles may become your doom.

Face it―nobody cares.
But so what? Their apathy doesn't diminish your worth. Learn from it. Make it your job to care for those around you so that they don't feel like nobody cares.

Never judge another knight without first knowing the strength and cunning of the dragons he fights.

True friends esteem you of greater worth than you feel deserving.
False friends demand you prove that worth.
