You can have people round and flood out here on a summer's evening, or pull out a rug and have a bottle of wine. It is great for children, too. Our son used to run over the back through the garden to play with the little girl who played Hermione in the Harry Potter films.

Even though I'm skeptical that this kind of issue is going to pull the rug out from Al Gore, I think it's a plus for the Republicans to be able to talk about foreign policy, to talk about national security and to talk about the failure of the administration of Bill Clinton and Al Gore in this one area.

Rather than pull the rug out arbitrarily, we could create a sunset that might be a year away, when the subsidy disappears.
