You do not feel as though you're in a home -- you're in the environment. I think it's a whole different living experience. The homes are so beautifully designed that you can live elegantly and elaborately in a home that's 2,500 square feet.

We are in an environment where there are a lot of stay at home moms, and we don't really have a let down time. We are busy in the mornings with the 5 and 6 a.m. crowds, then it picks up again after moms drop their kids off for school.
