You don't know who to believe and who not to believe sometimes because everybody has their own agenda. There are two sides to every story.

To me its childish. Things could be handled in a professional cordial manner no matter who you are.

I am very pleased. This is a win for public schools.

Hopefully once we get this thing going the way it should be going it will replicate itself elsewhere throughout the university.

If we can get fifth or sixth we'll be doing well. There's no way we'll beat Aspen, Summit or Vail Mountain School, but if we can stay ahead of Battle Mountain, that'll be great. For a bunch of kids who train for two-and-a-half months out of the year, they do great, and I'm real proud of them.

When you're not a manager, what you produce is your value to the company. When you move into management, you're rewarded for making other people more productive rather than producing yourself. You need to redefine that measure of success so you don't get involved in production anymore.
