You have people partying at different hours. It used to be the joke at the end of the evening, but now it's not socially acceptable.

We have a culture of bad driving here because no one gets caught for breaking the law. Once you run a red light and get away with it, you are more inclined to do it the next time. I don't blame law enforcement for it - I blame a lack of law enforcement for it.

People just buy enough for everybody to do a toast. It's not something they seem to drink all evening –– they make a toast with it and then move on.

Our first job fair was so successful that we're holding one more in the evening to accommodate people who couldn't meet with us because of daytime commitments.
