You have to put yourself in the mindset of a 17-year-old kid instead of an old sportswriter. [Monday] was the first day we could call recruits, and it was unanimous -- they were fired up about them.

Whether we're back, it's way too early to tell. It's halfway through the season. I don't buy that yet.

Jonathan is the real deal. A couple of times, he has made some runs that has brought the entire team to its feet. I expect him to contribute immensely.

He kind of scooped up a pile of offensive linemen and just started shaking everybody until the guy with the ball fell out. It was like a cartoon.

But I do think overall they are probably more creative in finding ways to win and supporting each other -- offense, defense and special teams. It's a balanced football team because we can look a lot of places for people who will win this game.
