You hear all this talk about how good our league is, but our league is very, very good. It's very competitive. There's a lot of parity in our league.

It's not only that we talk to them. The league does a good job, and the players association, of going through all that at the beginning of the year. The players have union meetings where that's discussed.

The Big Ten's going to miss Dee Brown. He's good for this league. He doesn't talk it, he walks it.

[Whittington] would be first team in the Colonial League. She is tough. She made some good moves. They're small, but they really spread the floor, and the did a nice job attacking us. I know they're a No. 3 seed, but they do a lot of good things.

There's some receivers in the league that like to talk trash, but most of the receivers that do that back it up.

It's only ugly in the eyes of the beholder. We guard, and if you ask anybody who plays us, we keep you honest. When you are patient and make people be honest, I guess that's ugly in this day and age.
