You heard (that criticism) a little bit early in the year. But a lot of teams have grown over the course of the year in spite of those temporary absences. If you really assess the numbers it?s not like there?s a massive amount of kids coming back.

I think both teams are going to be out to prove who?s really the top dog. If I was to read into it a little bit I imagine they?re wondering how good we are.

To have Sadie and Martine come back and play the way they have has been tremendous. To come out so soon after missing a season and be one of the top players at their respective positions in the country says a lot of them.

We've positioned ourselves now in the driver's seat to win our league. I've always put a lot of importance on winning the regular season. I just think it's a great crown to win.

One of the things our team has been doing so well the past month is that we pin teams in and we control the puck in the offensive zone for such extended periods that sometimes you wear them out. You see a lot of teams do that BC did today, they finally break out and just dump it in because they're spent.
