You only get one rookie season. So, I hate that we lost, but this was one of the best games I've ever played in.

This was the best we've played this season, all three games. We played really well, even the Nacogdoches game (a 1-0 loss). We lost on the scoreboard in that game, not on the field.

There are too many baseball games in a season to dwell on one loss. We have to just have a short memory and go on.
